Steamed Skull Island prawns with yellow beans, fennel and mint.
Served with 2016 Mac Forbes RS10 Riesling and 2016 Mac Forbes RS13 Riesling.

Ora king salmon with potato remoulade and dill.
Served with 2010 Mac Forbes Woori Yallock Chardonnay, 2015 Mac Forbes Woori Yallock Chardonnay, 2004 Giant Steps Sexton Vineyard Chardonnay, and 2016 Giant Steps Sexton Vineyard Chardonnay.

Wood roasted duck breast, duck neck sausage and pickled beetroot.
Served with hand cut chips, seasonal vegetables and iceberg salad.
