Join Steve Flamsteed and Franco D'Anna of Hoddles Creek Estate for an exclusive dinner in our barrel hall dining room, they'll be showing not only wines from Giant Steps and Hoddles Creek Estate, but also a few wines from other producers who have inspired Steve and Franco in their lives.

THE MENU:
Goats cheese and celery profiteroles.
Served with Causes & Cures Semi Dry White Vermouth.

Wood grilled, hand dive, Port Phillip Bay scallops with coconut and scampi roe.
Served with 2011 Hoddles Creek Estate 1er Pinot Blanc and 2015 Joh Jos Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese.

Lightly smoked Petuna ocean trout with pickled cucumber, fennel and basil.
Served with 2016 Giant Steps Sexton Vineyard Chardonnay, 2015 Hoddles Creek Estate 1er Chardonnay and 2014 Bernard Moreau La Maltroie, Chassagne Montrachet Premier Cru.

Duck and mushroom pie.
Served with duck fat chips, seasonal vegetables and iceberg salad.
Served with 2016 Giant Steps Applejack Vineyard Pinot Noir and 2015 Hoddles Creek Estate 1er Pinot Noir.

Stilton, quince and filo sandwich
